This position is for a seasonal part time retail associate during our summer camp weeks (mid June through Labor Day), with a possibility of staying on part time in the fall. Training will be one shift per week in the weeks leading up to the start of Summer camp.
The shifts for this position will be on nights/weekends when we need a second employee during events (live music, birthday parties, rentals) or when other employees are taking time off. Evening and weekend availability is a must for all applicants. We expect to need this person for 1-3 shifts per week.
All shifts would be weekday evenings (starting at 4 or 5pm, ending anywhere between 9pm - Midnight) or weekend shifts (either Noon-5pm or starting at 5pm and ending between 10pm and midnight).
This would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to be around skateboarding/scootering, involved in the local music scene and is looking to supplement another part time job or has summers off. This position is both fun, and a lot of work, but when you love the environment you are in, the shift flies by. Getting to know the regulars and seeing folks enjoying action sports makes this job special.
If you like what we do and are excited to be a part of it we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every ideal skill!
